    Make Your Mark:

    As the Director, Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for setting and refining the processes for capturing new business requirements, identifying, implementing the right solutions, and establishing realistic timeline expectations. This role demands a strong balance of technical expertise, particularly in Salesforce platforms, and exceptional people skills to build and maintain relationships with internal IT stakeholders and business teams. Your leadership will drive the selection of appropriate third-party tools, oversee business solution development on Salesforce, and ensure the stability and efficiency of our platforms through rigorous business testing.

    You'll Get To:
    • Lead and mentor a team of business system analysts in supporting various internal business functions, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
    • Develop and refine processes for efficiently capturing and analyzing new business requirements, ensuring that solutions align with business goals.
    • Drive the development and implementation of technical solutions on the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketo, and integration with other third-party systems.
    • Make informed build vs. buy decisions, guiding business units in selecting the right third-party tools and solutions to meet their unique needs.
    • Foster strong relationships with internal IT stakeholders and business teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
    • Oversee and ensure the quality of business testing processes, maintaining the stability and reliability of the Salesforce platform and connected systems.
    • Standardize and document business processes across the organization, improving efficiency and clarity.
    • Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in Salesforce and business analysis, applying this knowledge to drive innovation within the organization.
    What You'll Bring:
    • 8-10 years BA experience with Salesforce
    • 3-5 years leading a team of BAs
    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems, Business or related fields.
    • Extensive experience in business analysis and solution development, particularly within the Salesforce ecosystem.
    • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team of business analysts.
    • Strong technical background in Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketo) and integration with third-party systems.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to make informed decisions on technology solutions, balancing the needs of the business with technical feasibility.
    • Experience in standardizing and documenting business processes, with a keen eye for detail and efficiency.
    • Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.

    Salary Range: USD $201, USD $311,500.00 Pay Transparency Statement:

    Placement within this range depends upon several factors, including the applicant's prior relevant job experience, skill set, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, BlackLine also offers short-term and long-term incentive programs, based on eligibility, along with a robust offering of benefit and wellness plans.
