- Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding processes, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all required paperwork is completed.
- Support employee relations activities by addressing employee inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed.
- Assist with training and development initiatives, including coordinating training sessions, tracking employee training records, and evaluating training effectiveness.
- Maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information System) records and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, updating employee files, and managing HR documentation.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3+ years of experience in HR coordination or related role.
- Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Detail-oriented with well founded organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
