    Our client, a top provider and distributor of packaging solutions, is looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Account Executive (hybrid role). In this crucial position, you'll be driving sales and nurturing client relationships by offering them innovative and cost-efficient packaging solutions.     Compensation Package:

    • Salary ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 with additional commission-based earnings.
    • Comprehensive benefits package

    Location:

    This hybrid role is situated in Illinois. You might need to travel within the area occasionally for client meetings and business prospects.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Create and implement strategic sales strategies to reach sales objectives.
    • Spot and go after new business chances in the packaging sector.
    • Cultivate enduring connections with clients, understanding their specific packaging requirements.
    • Offer personalized packaging solutions to clients, concentrating on saving costs, efficiency, and creativity.
    • Work together with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.

    Desired Background:

    • At least 2 years of experience in complex B2B sales.
    • Demonstrated track record of closing deals in a Sales Hunter role or similar, preferably in the packaging field.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
