Account Executive - Springfield, United States - Element2 Group
Description
Account ExecutiveDuties:
- Conduct cold calling to potential clients to generate new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales strategies and opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to key decisionmakers
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in a B2B environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to analyze market data and identify trends
- Selfmotivated and targetdriven mindset
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
Pay:
$52, $120,000.00 per year
