    Position Overview

    If you're skilled in sales, customer management, and business consultancy, and enjoy collaborating with others, this role might be for you! Join our team and play a key role in promoting Autodesk Water software solutions within the Water industry.

    As a part of this role, you will directly engage with municipal and consulting engineering clients, working towards driving the adoption of Autodesk Water software tools. Reporting to the Americas Senior Sales Manager for Water, you will focus on developing customer relationships, providing guidance, and growing Water solution sales in the US market.

    Utilize your industry knowledge, business expertise, product understanding, and account management experience to quickly engage clients and gain a competitive edge in the market. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the growth of Water industry software solutions and support Autodesk in achieving a sustainable water future.

    Responsibilities

    • Take the lead in sales activities for Autodesk Water solutions in your territory
    • Engage in-person with clients in a direct and enthusiastic manner
    • Collaborate with AEC and Autodesk Water sales teams to drive market adoption of Water solutions
    • Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to improve customer service
    • Develop engagement schedules and maintain accurate forecasting to grow your sales pipeline
    • Work with resellers in your territory to enhance lead development activities for mutual success

    Minimum Qualifications

    • At least 5 years of sales experience in software technology, preferably in the water/wastewater sector
    • Proven track record in building strong customer relationships and managing accounts effectively for revenue generation and high customer satisfaction
    • Bachelor's Degree, with a preference for Engineering, IT, or Business disciplines
    • Experience handling complex sales of both desktop and cloud-based software products
    • Consistent achievement of annual quotas in previous sales roles
    • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot, or Pipedrive
