Deputy Site Manager (m/f/d)

Your challenge with us:
-
Representing the site manager in ensuring smooth operation of the facility

Managing and monitoring all technical processes, including quality assurance, maintenance, and repair of building technology (electrical + HVAC)
Requesting and monitoring subcontractors
Working closely with your technicians and the client
Documenting services provided in the CAFM system

You will support our site management at our Eschborn location.

Further education as a
master |
technician in the field of systems engineering (SHK), heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing (HVAC), electrical engineering (electrical engineering master), or a degree in facility management or supply engineering
Experience in technical facility operation or building management, preferably as a building technician, service technician, or team leader for building technology
