Your responsibilities:


  • You will be responsible for operational/strategic purchasing of technical components
  • You will independently manage cost, deadline, and quality responsibilities, conduct needs analyses, and create decision templates
  • You will be responsible for the further development of existing suppliers, negotiating framework contracts, and conducting risk analyses
  • You will be in charge of selecting, qualifying, and monitoring new or alternative suppliers both domestically and internationally
  • You will handle inquiries, price negotiations, and awarding of projectrelated needs or framework contracts on a national and international level
  • You will identify cost reduction potentials and implement them
  • You will maintain close collaboration with technical departments and suppliers
  • You will manage and maintain articlespecific master data

Your profile:


  • You have a completed degree, alternatively a completed apprenticeship with relevant professional experience in a similar position, preferably in plant and mechanical engineering
  • You have the ability to read technical specifications/drawings
  • You have a strong proficiency in MS Office applications and ERP systems
  • You possess excellent communication skills, including in an international environment, and good English skills
