As a Payroll Specialist specializing in both US and International payroll, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the end-to-end payroll processes for our diverse workforce.
This position requires a detail-oriented individual with in-depth knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance in both the United States and various international locations.
The Payroll Specialistwill work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in all payroll-related activities.RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and execute the entire US and international payroll process, including processing, reconciling, and distributing payroll in compliance with government regulations.
Stay abreast of changes in US and international payroll laws and regulations, ensuring the company's payroll practices remain in compliance.
Evaluate and enhance payroll systems and processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.Collaborate with the HR and Finance teams to integrate payroll-related systems and streamline data flow.
Ensure accurate and timely filing of all required payroll-related tax documents, including W-2s, 941s, and international tax filings.
Collaborate with external tax consultants and legal teams to stay informed on global payroll compliance matters.
Partner with HR, Finance, and other departments to address payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
Work closely with the global HR team to coordinate the onboarding and offboarding processes related to payroll.

A.Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
5+ years of experience in payroll management, including experience with both US and international payroll.
Experience with payroll software and systems
B. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
In-depth knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
