Former freeski pro, Tobias Hammer, opened the fun sports and streetwear shop Ridersheaven in 2010 in Sonthofen. Since then, the store and its accompanying online shop have been run by our young team. In the future, we want to continue to be the flagship for advice, quality, selection, and service, both in-store and online That's why we're looking for YOU

Responsibilities


Your responsibilities:


  • Customer service, advice, and sales completion
  • Ensuring sales performance, analyzing and reporting
  • System and merchandise maintenance in the inventory management system
  • Processing of online orders, returns, and customer inquiries
  • Implementation of visual merchandising on the sales floor
  • Collaboration with purchasing and marketing
  • Contributing to our social media channels
Qualifications


You are:


  • Reliable, honest, and loyal
  • A team player in our young, motivated team
  • A friendly, openminded, and dedicated person with a strong customer service mentality and always a smile on your face
  • A communication talent in both written and spoken word
  • Experienced in retail/sales and interested in expanding your knowledge in ecommerce
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft programs, inventory management systems, and Photoshop is a plus
  • Organized and able to work independently, responsibly, and reliably
  • Multitasking is your mission
