This is your apprenticeship

As a biology laboratory assistant at EUROIMMUN, you have the opportunity to develop, produce, and improve medical test systems for the diagnosis of diseases. At the beginning of your apprenticeship, you will learn the proper handling of essential tools and laboratory equipment in our apprentice laboratory, and we will teach you everything about the various EUROIMMUN test systems. Afterwards, you will deepen your knowledge and skills through rotating assignments in different research, development, and production departments, and get to know the corresponding areas of the company.

The following tasks await you

Production of our various test systems
Application of biochemical, biotechnological, and molecular biological methods
Microbiological investigations
Cell culture techniques and histological work

The block lessons take place at the vocational school Sächsische Bildungsgesellschaft für Umweltschutz und Chemieberufe Dresden mbH.
