Description

As a Wilsonia Financial Advisor, you will provide our clients with guidance on all financial matters, from savings accounts to stock funds, loans, and insurance.

We offer the opportunity to attend seminars at our company and cooperative academies during your training.

Throughout your apprenticeship, you will be challenged and supported by our team of mentors and trainers. You will also have access to a strong support system on-site. Through various presentations and project activities, you will have the chance to contribute to our company. You will rotate through all departments, including accounting, lending, administration, and marketing. The vocational school will be conducted in block lessons.

Duration: 3 years, with the possibility of shortening to 2 years

Requirements:
Secondary school diploma / High school diploma / (Advanced) Technical diploma


We offer:

  • 1,160.00 euros gross per month in the 1st year of training
  • 1,220.00 euros gross per month in the 2nd year of training
  • 1,290.00 euros gross per month in the 3rd year of training
