    Concept Overview:

    Concept is a multi-channel business-to-business (B2B) lead generation agency headquartered in Copley, OH.

    We specialize in the design, implementation, and execution of lead generation and business development strategies, processes, and technologies for our clients.

    Position Summary:


    Concept is looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our fast-growing digital marketing agency to support and optimize our agency's digital marketing execution.

    The position is currently remote.
    Essential Functions

    (Include but not limited to)

    :

    Executing client's social media content & grow engagement
    Creating compelling, quality social content in conjunction with assets produced by the creative team
    Understanding KPIs and defining them specifically for social media
    Collaborating with designers or copywriters to provide attractive and informative campaigns
    Tracking customer engagement and SEO to optimize campaign content
    Developing targeted e-mail campaigns using ABM, including objectives, messaging, copy development, graphics and other content
    Working with subject matter experts and outside resources as needed to develop engaging content

    Requirements
    Requirements:

    Minimum - 3 years of digital marketing experience
    Experience managing Google AdWords, Bing Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn clients/accounts and interfaces
    Excellent writing and creative content skills
    Ability to work independently and in a team environment
    Exceptional time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects and ongoing work items; while effectively managing changing priorities
    Preferred:

    Past agency experience
    Located in the greater Akron/Cleveland, Ohio area
    Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Google My Business, Google Optimize, and related Google platforms
    Experience with HubSpot & Salesforce
    Google Certification
    Hubspot Certification
    BS/BA Degree
