- Record and reconcile financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
- Assist in month-end and year-end close processes.
- Generate financial statements and reports for management review.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances.
- Assist with internal and external audits as needed.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of construction accounting principles (preferred but not required).
