    Hiring an Experienced Optometrist / Ophthalmologist (Doctor & Physician) Recruiter & Account Manager - Full Time & Remote

    Eye to Eye Careers is a Eye-Care doctor recruiting and job placement firm specializing in filling vision care positions.

    Eye to Eye Careers is a full client & doctor candidate recruitment support team.

    Eye to Eye Careers is seeking a full-time, permanent experienced ( Physician ) Recruiter to join our growing team Our ideal candidate has experience and proven success in recruiting doctors.

    You will report to the Director of Recruiting and have a support team that will assist to identify hot leads, schedule calls with candidates for you, and draft marketing/social media posts to support your open searches.

    Source & contact candidates through ATS system, search tools, job boards, LinkedIn, social media platforms, etc.

    Attend industry networking events/ conferences, job fairs/ school eventsBuild a pipeline of viable candidates for all current and future locationsScreen and qualify candidates via phone calls/ zoomPresent open job searches to candidatesPlace a large amount of candidates in open positions quicklyManage multiple accountsAssist in interview support for both candidates and clients from initial contact through start dateMaintain, manage, and expand strong relationships with networks of doctorsMaintain, manage, and expand strong relationships with networks of clientsServe as a consultant to both candidates and clientsThis position will require regular interfacing with internal company and client leadership teams to advise on current trends in the market, collaborate and strategize on recruitment approaches that will yield the best outcomesWork and adapt in a fast paced environmentWeekly reportingSkills needed to be successful in this role:
    2+ years of proven positive results recruiting doctors (eyecare industry experience preferred, not required)Experience cold callingSelf confident and driven individual with the ability to excel in a competitive environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProfessionalism and attention to detailAbility to handle pressure and problem-solve quicklyAbility to be persuasive and overcome objectionsCoachability and eagerness to learnAbility to work in a team environment and independentlyMicrosoft Office experienceLinkedIn experienceAbility to thrive in a fast-paced & innovative environment while being eager to make a significant impact on our growing successPassion for providing outstanding candidate and client supportThe right person to fill this role is someone who is hungry to deliver positive results and money driven
    Competitive Salary + Results based Large Un-Capped CommissionPaid Time OffPaid US HolidaysPaid Jewish Holidays
    Our home office is located in Brooklyn, NY.
    This position will be full time remote and will require domestic travel 10% or less.
    Candidates who do not have experience working remotely full-time will not be considered.
