To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for you as a Sales Manager (m/f/d) at Beal City.


Your responsibilities:
As a Sales Manager, you will handle operational and strategic tasks and issues in a professional and forward-thinking manner.

You will bring in your ideas for optimization and efficiency measures and initiate, structure, and accompany strategic projects in an appropriate form to accelerate the energy transition in Rheinhessen.

You will conduct analyses, such as market and competition analysis, drawing on your previous experience.
Process optimization is important to you, as you take on the role of process owner in sales.

You ensure the flow of information between sales and other departments in the company and act in a structured and task-oriented manner.

You are responsible for preparing, following up, and documenting management meetings, as well as tracking their tasks.
In addition, you will be responsible for the sales budget planning and monitoring in SAP.

Your profile:
You have a degree in business law, energy economics, business administration, or a comparable qualification.

You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position or in management or strategy consulting and ideally have industry knowledge.

Your work style is characterized by analytical thinking and acting, a strategic vision, a very quick grasp, and a good understanding of interrelationships within the energy industry.

You combine your goal-oriented and independent way of working with a lot of pragmatism, problem-solving
