Medical Assistant / Nurse for our Medical Center for People with Disabilities (m/f/d)

The MZEB Würzburg offers medical and non-medical services in collaboration with institutions of regular medical care. An innovative and central aspect is the interdisciplinary provision of services for adults with disabilities, resulting in a comprehensive treatment plan recommendation.

Your Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between the medical director, team, and patients
Perform administrative tasks
Organize practice procedures
Ensure established quality standards
Process and monitor billing with health insurance companies
Manage patient records
Ensure efficient and structured practice organization and procedures
Schedule appointments for patients and therapists

Your Profile

Completed training as a medical assistant or nurse
Excellent computer skills with MS Office, knowledge of practice software and internet is desirable
Confident, communicative, and team-oriented
Able to remain calm in a critical and stressful environment
No hesitation in working with people with disabilities
Proactive and enjoy
