- Analyzing systems and business processes, recommending improvements that would increase efficiency and reduce costs for high volume Manufacturing. Provide world-class application baseload and non-baseload support for multiple company applications and locations.
- Appropriately communicate project status, escalate issues, and manage timelines and action items.
- Analyze customers' business requirements and tailor the use of the system to meet those objectives.
- Troubleshooting, requirements gathering, design, write and test applications; problem reporting; provides detailed specification and follows standard programming procedures.
- Identifying potential risks or issues with proposed solutions and providing recommendations for addressing them
- Manage communications, scheduling, and logistics for business and ERP specific projects.
- Help guide technical team to deliver a flexible and scalable solution.
- Ensure instructional materials are accurate. Provide subject matter expertise and support for end user training delivery.
- Project's scope and objectives, activities performed, and findings
- Working with manufacturing team leaders to determine how best to apply modern technologies to meet organizational goals and improve efficiency
- Respond to and resolve system failures and performance issues
- Actively drive issue resolution and closely monitor its progress.
- Develop, document, and maintain best practices, project standards, procedures, application, quality objectives and 'lessons learned', including metrics for assess.
- Plan and facilitate requirements sessions to identify and validate requirements with corporate IS team, IT, and business stakeholders.
- Assisting with the integration of newly acquired businesses.
- Bachelor's degree in a computer science field. Plus 5 yrs. in or around Manufacturing process.
- Experience in manufacturing ERP implementations/Migrations
- Working knowledge of start to finish process from order demand to invoicing.
- Self-starter with a sense of urgency, and ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Software implementation, integration, update support as needed
- Analyze and refine business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Excellent Communication skills
- Some Travel required
