    Du untersttzt unsere Partner und Installateure telefonisch wie schriftlich bei Anfragen zu unseren Produkten im Home- und Business Segment.

    Du widmest dich strukturiert den Problemstellungen unserer Kunden und bietest Ihnen neben standardisierten Antworten auch individuell erarbeitete Lsungen an.

    Du zeigst Einfhlungsvermgen und Beratungsgeschick bei der Kommunikation mit Kunden und bringst diese ber neue Entwicklungen auf Stand.

    Du bist im Austausch mit internen Schnittstellen um Fragen zu fehlenden, unvollstndigen oder offenen Lieferungen, Retouren und Reklamationen zu klren.

    Du stellst deine Sorgfltigkeit bei der Dokumentation und Pflege von Kundenkontakten- und daten unter Beweis.

    Gemeinsam mit deinem Team identifizierst du Schwachstellen und trgst so zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Prozesse und Produkte bei.

    **Deine Fhigkeiten sind gefragt:**

    Du verfgst ber eine elektrotechnische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Erfahrungen und Kenntnisse

    Du besitzt Grundkenntnisse im EDV- und Netzwerkbereich

    Im Zuge Deiner Berufserfahrung hattest Du bereits mit Kundenberatung zu tun

    Du verfgst ber Kenntnisse zum generellen Aufbau und der Komponenten einer Photovoltaik-Anlage

    Du bringst Freude am Telefonieren sowie eine hohe Kundenorientierung, Beratungskompetenz und Teamfhigkeit mit

    Deine Englischkenntnisse ermglichen Dir, bei Bedarf auch internationale Kunden zu beraten
