We are currently looking for:

Technical Customer Support Representative (m/f/d) - Service Department

Your responsibilities:

  • Telephone service/support for national and international customers
  • Planning, organizing, and coordinating all installation, commissioning, service, maintenance, and repair work, both nationally and internationally
  • Communication with customers, service technicians, service partners, and departments
  • Administration and data entry of processes in SAP
  • Evaluation and processing of reports
  • General correspondence and processing of invoices

Your profile:

  • Completed technical or commercial vocational training
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
  • Technical understanding
  • Good written and spoken English, additional language skills are desirable
