We are currently looking for:
Technical Customer Support Representative (m/f/d) - Service Department
Your responsibilities:
- Telephone service/support for national and international customers
- Planning, organizing, and coordinating all installation, commissioning, service, maintenance, and repair work, both nationally and internationally
- Communication with customers, service technicians, service partners, and departments
- Administration and data entry of processes in SAP
- Evaluation and processing of reports
- General correspondence and processing of invoices
Your profile:
- Completed technical or commercial vocational training
- Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
- Technical understanding
- Good written and spoken English, additional language skills are desirable
