Location: Bedford, MA; Hybrid

This Role:

Provide operational support across multiple teams and applications. Support functions include user setup and logins, user access, data updates and standardization, data import, ETL processes, and configuration settings.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and configure user accounts and assist with user login and access issues.
Create, update, and execute data load SQL scripts.
Facilitate new client onboarding and support.
Manage support ticket status and assignments.
Provide general first level production support.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each Key Responsibility satisfactorily. The following requirements are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required to perform this job successfully. Required:

5+ years of technical support experience, preferably supporting multi-tiered web applications.
Knowledge of application development tools and practices.
Strong knowledge of SQL Server and transactional database operations with ability to create SQL queries.
Familiarity with SQL Server functions including jobs, linked servers and security.
Experience with data import tools and ETL processes.
Experience with HTML and scripting languages including JavaScript and jQuery.
Ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Detail-oriented, analytical with solid troubleshooting skills.

Preferred:

Electronic Health Record project experience preferred.
Experience working with a global team in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Experience with version control software, ticketing systems and support applications
