    This role requires the ability to thrive within a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks at a time.

    We seek a naturally inquisitive, self-motivated individual who is enthusiastic about being part of a team that is challenging the norm and redefining TV.

    This individual must have a keen attention to detail and excellent communication skills, as this role will develop and drive projects forward proactively while working with many disciplines across the organization, including but not limited to Brand Solutions, Research, Analytics, RYM, Brand Marketing, Content Marketing, Addressable Solutions, Sales and Legal.

    Reporting into the Sr Manager, Streaming Solutions, the Manager will be responsible for developing sponsorships and custom solutions for Scripted Originals on streaming platforms driving revenue for Advertising.

    This individual should also have experience in developing and packaging media opportunities and know their way around a media plan.

    Responsibilities:


    Manage development of streaming sponsorships and custom solutionsThis may include sponsorship, custom content and in-show integration that leverage streaming and social platformsResponsible for knowledge of assigned shows including creative, production, scheduling, marketing and PR and updating and preparing all relevant team and Sales materials and trackersCollaborate with Sr.

    Manager and leadership to develop sponsorship strategy and work closely with relevant network, studio and sales partners to identify priorities, package opportunities that drive revenue, and be ready to pivot as marketplace needs change.

    Prepare and merchandise show decks and sponsorship packages working with various network partners, research and pricing and planning teamsPresent and pitch ideas in internal or client meetingsDevelop custom and enhanced solutions for key showsIdea generation and creation of compelling pitch materialsActively participate in idea generation and leading brainstorms with key stakeholders including creative and marketing teams and CreativeWorksDevelop proactive solutions that align with editorial/marketing effortsLeverage tech and innovation, including ad productsLiaison to internal teams (Client Connect,etc) on RFP requestsGuide and build consensus among key stakeholders to obtain approval as needed on the ideas (Management, Network, Legal, S&P, PR, Business Affairs, studios, producers, etc.)Assist in facilitating deal negotiation including integration and sponsorship fees and talent rights.

    Collaborate with clients and creative partners on activation process for deals that sell-through, which may include:


    Kick-off calls and client meetingsProduction schedules and timeline managementClient and network approvalsManage on-set shoots - script delivery, client hosting, problem solving, balance network, show, content and client creative needs, etc.

    Responsible for ensuring project elements are delivering across all platformsOversee all post production to ensure content launches properlyOwnership of any off creative elements such as custom digital assets, premiums, social media and other campaign elements created by the client (e.g. asset gathering, creative development, approvals, etc.)

    All project related documentation:
    deal agreement letters, budget management, billing, research, etc.
    Oversee creation of deal recaps and research

    Job Requirements


    Qualifications:


    Bachelor's degree, focus on Marketing, Advertising or Communications preferred5 years of relevant work experienceExperience in Television and/or digital marketing, sponsorship, promotion, branded entertainment and/or media at a network, streaming service, promotional/media agency or entertainment studio is preferredStrong interpersonal skills (especially in high stress environments)Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Ability to translate verbal ideas into written presentationsHighly organizedCreative and strategic thinkerAbility to keep abreast of digital/social industry innovations, bringing new opportunities forwardSelf-motivated and proactive and flexibleSolutions orientedComfortable interfacing with senior-level executivesExpertise in project management/execution, attention to detail and creative problem-solving skillsRequired Education:

    BS or equivalent experience
