Our client is one of the major call center operators and is looking for a talented individual to manage the day-to-day operations as a Line Controller (m/f/d) in Stewartsville, NJ.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Resource planning based on forecasts
- Monitoring and interpretation of realtime metrics
- Performance control (planning and goal achievement)
- Development of trends based on historical data
- Further development of the metric system
- Implementation of suitable improvement potentials from the inhouse suggestion system
These qualities will make you stand out:
- Strong analytical skills
- Previous experience in a call center environment
- Structured approach (e.g. experience with KVP, Six Sigma, etc.)
- Persuasiveness and implementation strength
- Enjoyment of complex issues
