Our client is one of the major call center operators and is looking for a talented individual to manage the day-to-day operations as a Line Controller (m/f/d) in Stewartsville, NJ.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Resource planning based on forecasts
  • Monitoring and interpretation of realtime metrics
  • Performance control (planning and goal achievement)
  • Development of trends based on historical data
  • Further development of the metric system
  • Implementation of suitable improvement potentials from the inhouse suggestion system

These qualities will make you stand out:

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Previous experience in a call center environment
  • Structured approach (e.g. experience with KVP, Six Sigma, etc.)
  • Persuasiveness and implementation strength
  • Enjoyment of complex issues
