    STRATEGIC STAFFING SOLUTIONS (S3) HAS AN OPENING

    Strategic Staffing Solutions is currently looking for Lead Business Analyst- BCP for a contract opportunity with one of our largest clients

    Candidates should be willing to work on our W2 ONLY.

    Job Title:Lead Business Analyst-BCP

    Job #: 235396

    Role Type: W2 only

    W2 hourly rate: 62$

    Duration: 12 months

    Location : Charlotte, NC

    Schedule: This role is hybrid, located in an office 3 days per week, and ability to work remote 2 days per week.

    Key Skills: BCP, Ariba, STORM, Third party program components

    Job Description:
    • Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
    • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
    • Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
    • Support assessment activities through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
    • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
    • Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
    • Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group
    Required Qualifications:
    • Collaborative and positive team player with high level of attention to details
    • Proactive problem solver with strong organizational and communication skills and a customer centric focus
    • Advanced knowledge of Business Continuity Planning and Resiliency
    • Advance knowledge of Business Continuity Planning & resilience concepts, Third Party Program components and Third Party risks
    • Advanced knowledge of System of Records (BCP) Service Now and Third Party SOR - System for Third Party Operational Risk Management ( STORM)
    • Exposure or knowledge of Third Party Contract SOR -ARIBA
    Preferred Industry Experience:

    -Financial Services industry experience is highly preferred due to the nature of risk assessment
