Responsibilities:


  • Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Help with meal preparation, feeding, and dietary needs.
  • Provide companionship and engage in activities that enrich the lives of our clients.
  • Support client mobility, including help with transfers and ambulation.
  • Monitor health changes and report any variations to the care management team.

Qualifications:


  • Experience in caregiving preferred, but newcomers with a strong desire to learn are welcome.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with clients and families.
  • Must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving clients as needed.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
