Description

Red River Commodities processes sunflowers and select other specialty crop agricultural products to create food ingredients.

We contract directly with local growers to provide the freshest possible grains at the best possible prices and our processing facilities are in the heart of sunflower seed and grain-growing regions.

We are looking for a solution minded individual to join our IT Team as an Application Support Specialist .

User Support and Incident Management
Provide first and second level support for end users addressing ERP related issues and inquiries.
Log, track and prioritize support requests using our ticketing system.
Application Monitoring
Monitor health and performance of applications.

Collaborate with process improvement team to update and maintain knowledge base articles to empower end users with self service options.

Collaborate with cross functional teams including Process Improvement, end users and vendors to ensure seamless application support.
Participate in testing enhancements and updates.
Suggest and create process improvements using a variety of different resources such as Microsoft Platforms or ITSM tools.

Experience in with Microsoft platforms such as but not limited to Share Point, Business Central or Power Platform.
~Experience with Microsoft suite.

Experience with Power Platform or other low code platforms.
Customer service experience
Experience in a manufacturing or food ingredients/consumption industry.
