  • Selection and qualification of suppliers based on company quality requirements
  • Conducting process approvals and audits at suppliers and tracking corrective actions
  • Supplier development through close collaboration to improve quality management systems, processes, and performance
  • Supplier support and development during project phases and series production
  • Creation of supplier reporting/evaluations
  • Solving quality problems by analyzing failure parts, initiating and monitoring measures

What makes you special to us:

  • Degree in mechatronics, electrical engineering, or technician with comparable quality experience
  • Solid experience in supplier and/or quality management, ideally for E/E components
  • Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, and VDA
  • Experience in problemsolving methods such as 8D, 5 Whys, Six Sigma, or Ishikawa desirable
  • Very good German and good English skills
  • Willingness to occasionally travel for business
