GC Footwear GmbH, based in Ironton, OH, is the market leader in the import, production, and wholesale of custom-made slippers, socks, flip-flops, and house shoes for corporate clients.

Founded in 2011/2012, GC Footwear has had a successful track record. Thousands of customers, including various national teams, sports clubs, agencies, and international corporations, are impressed with our products.

To strengthen our graphic design team, we are currently looking for a working student in the field of graphic design (m/f/d) on a part-time hrs/week) or mini-job basis in 13053 Berlin.

Responsibilities:

Designing virtual product designs and motifs for sales
Preparation and creation of production files (prepress)
Creating advertising materials for trade fairs and campaigns (print and web)
Researching and editing product photos for websites and catalogs
Managing the content and graphic optimization of existing projects

Qualifications:

Enrolled in a design program (graphic, web), printing and media technology, communication design, interactive media, multimedia, or a comparable qualification/training
Pragmatic work style, selfinitiative, and high willingness to learn
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
Strong graphic/visual understanding
Reliability, conscientiousness, and enthusiasm for real products
