- Enhance financial systems like Workday and Adaptive Planning.
- Test existing systems to keep things running smoothly.
- Maintain and upgrade Workday and Adaptive Planning.
- Support users, map data, and ensure data accuracy.
- Spot errors, set validation rules, and create reports for system improvements.
- Offer training and create docs for optimal system use.
- Build relationships and assist colleagues in different areas.
- Skilled in Workday, including FDM, security, custom reporting, and Financial Modules.
- Knowledge of finance operations, GAAP, and data handling.
- Can prioritize tasks, work well in a changing environment, and solve issues in a timely manner.
- Great communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with remote work and tech platforms.
- Self-driven problem solver.
- Good at collaboration and strategic thinking.
- Ownership mindset with strong project management skills.
- Responsive and works well with others to meet goals.
- No direct oversight, but must build influence and credibility.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 3+ years of relevant work experience.
- Experience with Workday Finance configuration a plus.
- Full-time role with occasional extra hours.
- Based in California with remote work options.
- Some travel to Northern California (up to 10%).
