Position Summary:
We are looking for a

Senior Manager - Information Technology Infrastructure Projects and Architecture

who will be responsible for the end-to-end project delivery of complex multi-vendor projects, focusing on project planning & execution, communicating project performance to senior leadership & business stakeholders, managing cross-functional resources, vendor management and risk management.

This role will be based out of our Concord, MA headquarters where you will be immersed in a dynamic workplace where innovation thrives and collaboration is key.

Our company in-office schedule is designed to maximize collaboration & relationship building balanced with flexibility and well-being with 3 days in office and Thursdays/Friday being remote, flex days.

What You'll Do:

This position provides Infrastructure and Operations strategy, design and transformational delivery as part of the enterprise's overall digital future agenda.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Developing and implementing both short and long-term strategies
Infrastructure Program and Project Delivery
Infrastructure and Operations Architecture
Vendor/Partner and Contract Management
Infrastructure Financial Management

Who You Are:
Proven ability to deliver leading edge IT Infrastructure and Operations programs and technology in CPG/Manufacturing
Experienced implementing Microsoft and cloud based solutions
Passion for achieving excellence in delivery including program operationalization partnering with multiple non-IT functions
Excellent technical, analytical, problem solving, multitasking, and time management skills with consistent attention to detail
Change agent with strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across functional lines and at many levels to engage, educate and shift existing behaviors and beliefs
Excellent presentation (written and verbal) and communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate technical issues and solutions to all levels of business
Ability to effectively share technical information and train and mentor less experienced or knowledgeable team members
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities under pressure

What You'll Need:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience that proves competence in role may be considered.
7+ years of overall IT experience, specifically around IT Infrastructure and Operations within a large complex or global business
IT experience in a manufacturing environment demonstrating a proven program, project and process management skill sets. OT experience a plus
IT Infrastructure experience within a cloud-based environment, preferably experienced with migration from on-premises
Knowledge of standards and methodology of Project Management
Experience with Mergers and Acquisition integration a plus
