    Job Overview
    Sequel Med Tech is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead tactical project management initiatives that span across the entire organization. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient execution of projects related to our groundbreaking medical device. This role requires close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to drive project success and meet the needs of our patients.

    Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties
    • Project Leadership: Lead and oversee project teams, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various internal departments, including research and development, manufacturing, regulatory affairs, and clinical operations to drive project success.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Manage relationships with external partners, contractors, and vendors to ensure project deliverables are met.
    • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, cross functional dependencies, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, and ensure alignment with company goals.
    • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring that projects stay on track and within scope.
    • Documentation: Maintain clear and organized project documentation, tracking project progress and outcomes. Train and empower project team members to leverage tooling and PMO best practices.
    • Quality Control: Ensure projects meet regulatory and quality standards applicable to the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device industry.
    • Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for project success and report progress to senior management.
    • PMO: Build out the project management office at Sequel. Develop process, procedures, and tools to drive program and project delivery across the company.
    Minimum Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
    • 5+ years of project management experience
    Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
    • Proven experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and/or medical device industry.
    • Proficiency in project management software and tools. e.g. Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
    • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
    • Ability to work in Manchester, NH office at least twice a week.
