Employee in Property Management (m/f/d) in Morton, PA
- Independently entering and creating new residential and commercial properties
- Maintaining and monitoring existing lease agreements
- Correcting, revising & processing lease agreements, terminations and addendums, as well as negotiating and preparing new lease agreements
- Communication with landlords, tenants, craftsmen and caretakers
- Administrative tasks (utility bill statements, apartment handovers and returns, preparation of lease agreements, correspondence, etc.)
- Checking documents for completeness (lease, maintenance and service agreements, deposits, etc.)
- Processing registrations and notifications, as well as handling government procedures and location and property research and evaluation
- Knowledge of rental law and other legal foundations
- Bookkeeping for preparation of operating cost statements
- Office organization

- You have a structured and orderly way of working, strong communication skills, resilience and reliability
- You have basic knowledge of MS Office
- Commercial training and experience in office management
