- Ensures that the area is adequately staffed and that all personnel are trained.
- Reviews and recommends new methods and procedures to make the area more efficient.
- Plans and schedules the activities within the area of responsibility and coordinates activities with other areas as required.
- Resolves the more complex working problems.
- Prepares, maintains and/or monitors reports in compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.
- Ensures quality of service level is maintained.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of related experience
- Recent management experience to include coaching, developing and leading others
- Well versed in regulatory requirements
- Able to accurately interpret and apply policy and procedures and be able to proficiently explain to both internal and external customers
- Superior verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent service skills and ability to partner with regional teams and external partners
- Proven analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with risk accountability, law and regulation compliance and audit/regulatory examination response
- Ability to work in a high volume environment with minimal supervision, while maintaining production service levels
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
