- Establish and maintain accurate general ledger accounts.
- Perform periodic financial closings.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, including internal and external financial statements.
- Assist Operations with inventory cycle counts and variance reports.
- Perform bank accounts' management and reconciliations.
- Work with managers on margin analysis of underperforming divisions.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting.
- At least 8-years of related experience.
- Experience with an ERP application.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups, SumIfs, etc.).
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience mentoring and guiding a small team.
