Now Hiring Part-Time Youth Cheer Coach in the Kansas City Metro Area
This Cheer Coach position is for one evening per week, set day of the week that stays consistent for the full semester, such as every Tuesday evening (for example), coaching three age-groups of students (teams) the basics in cheerleading and cheer dance (with some use of poms).
Coaching responsibilities include practice preparations/lesson plan, teaching students safe and effectively, overseeing practice check-ins, choreographing dance routines and performance cheers per team level, team stunting fundamentals and execution and basic record-keeping.
Paid training sessions will cover our organization teaching guidelines, records, and assisting a veteran coach to see how classes are conducted.
Once a cheerleader, always a cheerleader If you are missing cheer and want to take advantage of your previous skills as a cheerleader now is your opportunity to give back and be a positive inspiration in the lives of young aspiring cheerleaders by becoming a coach and mentor (Ideal for college students, moms, & former cheerleaders who have an established career.)
