The Domino's supply chain center in Kent, Washington, is currently looking for a dynamic Director of Operations to join their team.

As the Director of Operations, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic direction and overseeing all aspects of the Supply Chain Center, including Production, Warehouse, Maintenance, Delivery & Service, and Administration. Your responsibilities will involve developing and implementing logistics and distribution plans, fostering a safety culture, and enhancing profitability. Moreover, you will be focused on building strong teams, maintaining relationships with stores and franchisees, and addressing customer needs effectively.

This position offers a competitive salary starting at $175,000 and going up to $220,000, with additional bonus potential.

Responsibilities:

Establish a strong safety culture within the team
Cultivate an environment where employees are motivated to excel and recognized for their contributions
Implement operational controls to monitor and enhance KPI results
Set measurable goals and provide regular feedback to the team
Manage the budget and ensure compliance with regulations and standards
Develop partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to drive operational excellence
Lead initiatives for continuous improvement and operational efficiency
Collaborate with HR on talent acquisition, training, and employee relations

Qualifications:

Minimum of 7 years of leadership experience in supply chain or related fields
Bachelor's degree in Business or relevant field; MBA preferred
Demonstrated expertise in lean principles and problem-solving
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Proven track record of driving change and achieving results
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 operation and handle emergency situations
