    Fee, Smith, & Sharp LLP is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our Dallas (Galleria) office.

    We're seeking an experienced and highly motivated Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in representing our clients in various legal proceedings, ensuring the best possible outcome for their cases.

    Responsibilities

    • Order records requests/FOIA requests;
    • Order medical, billing, radiology, pharmaceutical records;
    • Ordering employment records, prior insurance claims, workers' compensation;
    • Paid v. incurred charts
    • Creating and preparing binders and/or digital notebooks for impending depositions, mediation or trial;
    • Bates labeling and redacting confidential and privileged material;
    • Preparing production logs;
    • Drafting discovery responses and pleadings;
    • Reviewed and summarized medical records;
    • Consulting and retaining experts for obtaining counter-affidavits or expert reports to address alleged injuries or liability;
    • Compiling, organizing and segregating documents and materials for attorney's review
    • Pre-trial docs, motions and exhibits;
    • Deposition summaries;
    • Adhering to client guidelines by calendaring required deadlines;
    • Conducting legal research

    Requirements

    • Texas Rules of Civil Procedure knowledge
