    Job Description

    As the Business Management Trainee, the primary focus is supporting campaign managers in creating marketing materials for clients and partners. Marketing and sales, to us, involve understanding people and showcasing how our clients' products and services can enhance their lives at home. Nowadays, 'home' signifies more than just a physical house to our customers. Providing consumers with top-notch communication services is our top priority.

    Main Goals of the Business Management Trainee Position:

    • Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to foster trust and transparency
    • Demonstrate a friendly and positive demeanor
    • Engage in role-playing, product knowledge, and customer service psychology training
    • Identify our target audience using leads from the customer service support center
    • Master branding strategies to streamline promotional activities for colleagues
    • Attend daily meetings to review company standards and objectives
    • Participate in campaign meetings and contribute fresh branding ideas for our target audience

    • Exhibit active listening skills and provide constructive solutions

    Skills and Qualifications for Business Management Trainee Role:

    • Hold a Bachelor's degree in marketing, management, or a related field
    • Completion of high school or equivalent education
    • Show ambition and creativity
    • Ability and willingness to travel with a team or independently

    This Business Management Trainee role involves direct interaction with clients and is commission-based.
