Description
The Product Designer role is a crucial member of our Technology team. You are responsible for creating beautiful, practical designs and UI/UX and conducting competitive UI/UX research. You will draw directly from data and research to inform design concepts and decision-making.You will work closely with the Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to deliver designs that delight and engage our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ideate, design, and implement innovative solutions that meet user needs and business goals.
- Design endtoend flows and experiences that are simple and elegant and effectively communicate design concepts and solutions
- Continually optimize our platform design based on data and research.
- Participate in user research and usability testing to gain insights and validate design decisions.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency across the product.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform design decisions and push the boundaries of what's possible.
Requirements:
- 35 years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, process, and impact on projects.
- Solid understanding of usercentered design principles, design thinking, and design systems
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and incorporate feedback from crossfunctional teams.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design improvements.
- Passion for creating delightful and intuitive user experiences that solve real user problems.
- Selfmotivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fastpaced startup environment.
- Proficiency in Figma and other design tools for creating wireframes, prototypes, and highfidelity mockups.
- Experience with ecommerce and SAAS is a plus.
- Familiarity with HTML/JS is a plus.

Compensation Range:
$100K - $120K
