We're looking for a Growth Marketing Lead who can be the driving force on the marketing team to find more pipeline opportunities.
This is a combination of optimization of current channels, actively seeking and testing new strategies and tactics, and rigorous reporting on our efforts.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this critical role will have high visibility and autonomy and opportunity to expand in scope across other channels and projectsResponsibilities:
- Identify and test new channels or opportunities that contribute to new pipeline creation.
- Manage and improve inbound operations (HubSpot, inbound lead process) to increase lead conversion rates and efficiency.
- A/B test and optimize the marketing website, landing pages, and app listing for conversion.
- Regularly report on effectiveness of marketing campaigns and maintain structured testing framework across all marketing channels.
Requirements:
- 25 years of Marketing experience preferred (SaaS and/or B2B preferred, and ecommerce background would be a huge plus)
- Ability to work independently and drive to hit performance goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical and quantitative skillset
- Detailoriented and creative problem solver
- Ability to present complex information effectively and concisely

Compensation Range:
