    The Resident Coordinator is a friendly, upbeat and tenacious go-getter who puts relationships at the heart of who they are and what they do.

    You build brand loyalty by striving to establish a consistently stellar resident experience. Prospects and residents are continually followed up in a responsive, timely and respectful manner.

    Tours with prospective tenants follow Federal Fair Housing regulations while also creating a personalized, informative, and fun walk through the property, ultimately resulting in new leases.

    General administrative tasks are completed with precision and tenacity, ambitiously going above and beyond to create a superb resident experience.

    Provide frontline customer service for all resident requests and issues, vendors, and visitors.
    Answer phones promptly and professionally in a friendly, helpful and knowledgeable manner.
    Schedule appointments, email information, and follow up with prospects per policy outlined.
    Assist with executing meaningful events that engage residents and foster a sense of community
    Ensure a consistently stellar resident and prospect experience.
    Ensure all amenity areas are clean and presentable for resident use.
    Open and close model units daily, offering showings and walking designated tour route for all prospective tenants.
    Basic math skills for calculating rent payments, deposits, and other fees.
    Strong familiarity with computers and computer programs including Microsoft Office (Yardi experience preferred).
    Motivated to excel and focus on established goals and sales requirements.
