About the Role

We are hiring a Microsoft 365 Solutions Consultant to join our team. This position focuses on presales, design, migration, and deployment of Microsoft 365 solutions for small and mid‑sized organizations.

You will work directly with customers, typically in the 30–200 user range, to design and deliver complex Microsoft 365 environments. This includes migrating customers from other platforms such as Google Workspace, configuring advanced Microsoft 365 services, and ensuring solutions are secure, usable, and aligned with how each business operates.

This is a hands‑on delivery role with ownership from early technical conversations through deployment and stabilization. The work goes well beyond typical Tier 2 or Tier 2.5 support and requires comfort working with more complex configurations and customer environments.

The role requires the ability to work independently and manage your own delivery, while also being part of a broader customer team that includes client outreach, account management, and delivery support. Collaboration and clear communication across the team are essential.

What You'll Do

• Lead presales technical conversations related to Microsoft 365 solutions
• Design and deliver complex Microsoft 365 environments for small and mid‑sized organizations
• Plan and execute migrations for new customers moving into Microsoft 365 from platforms such as Google Workspace
• Configure advanced Microsoft 365 services, including identity, collaboration, security, and endpoint management
• Design and implement Microsoft Teams Phone and related voice configurations
• Configure and support core Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune
• Support baseline tenant configuration and security fundamentals
• Provide post‑deployment support and stabilization
• Work closely with client outreach, account management, and delivery team members
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal stakeholders
• Document work accurately and track delivery milestones in Dynamics 365

What We're Looking For

• Strong, hands‑on experience delivering complex Microsoft 365 environments
• Experience with migrations, advanced configurations, and multi‑service deployments
• Comfort working beyond typical Tier 2 or Tier 2.5 support scenarios
• Ability to lead customer conversations and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Good judgment when balancing security, usability, and business realities

Certifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet
one
of the following at the time of hire:

• Hold a
  current Microsoft 365 Administrator certification (MS‑102)
• Be actively preparing for MS‑102 and able to demonstrate readiness through recent, high‑quality practice exam results

Additional Microsoft certifications related to security, identity, collaboration, or endpoint management are welcome and valued.

If certification cost is a barrier, we are open to covering exam fees once an offer is made.

• Rate: $40–$50 per hour, depending on experience
