Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Independent Business Development Consultant & Trainer. The role involves driving new business development through lead generation, fostering new and existing client relationships, and consulting with organizations to identify and implement tailored solutions. The consultant will deliver high-impact training sessions using the Sandler methodology, create strategic business plans, and collaborate with teams to overcome sales and leadership challenges effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in New Business Development, Lead Generation, and Consulting
- Strong Communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse clients
- Experience in Business Planning and implementing goal-oriented strategies
- Ability to deliver engaging training sessions and coach teams using proven methodologies
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working in a remote environment
- Previous experience in sales or leadership training is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field preferred
