Your Responsibilities:


  • As a customer service representative, you will provide comprehensive telephone support to our customers
  • You will answer all questions regarding data entry in the customer portal and the creation of their heating and operating cost statements
  • You will explain the completed statements to customers and impress them with your expertise
  • Together with the team, you will ensure telephone availability and coverage during service hours (Mon-Thu 8:00 am 5:00 pm and Fri 8:00 am 4:00 pm)
  • You will continuously develop and build expertise in other areas to support the team

Your Qualifications:


  • Completed commercial training and some work experience in the service sector
