The ideal candidate will manage daily financial transactions, assist in marketing projects, and perform general administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations.
This role suits a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a multifaceted and dynamic work environment.Responsibilities:
Ensure accurate processing of invoices and payments and maintain up-to-date cash-flow schedules.
Responsible for the Accounts Receivable and Payable process
Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
Collaborate with management to coordinate and manage digital content.
Monitor financial transactions and prepare reports on sales activities.
Provide administrative support in scheduling meetings, organizing files, and handling correspondence.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality in handling sensitive financial and marketing information.
Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven experience in administrative roles, particularly with financial processing and marketing involvement.
Strong knowledge of billing practices, financial tracking, and basic marketing principles.
Proficient with financial ERP software, MS Office, and marketing tools.
