    Job Description

    As a Coordinator I Product Certification, Performs a wide range of administrative and customer related duties with varying complexity to support the Product Certification team programs and processes. Communicates with and provides technical and administrative support services to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. Anticipates and resolves problems; updates leader on status of projects.

    Responsibilities

    Principal Accountabilities:
    • Reviews and processes technical data requirements to support product certification.
    • Conducts customer outreach and client communication in order to support product certification, strengthening and supporting client relationships.
    • Receives and inputs data that may be directly associated with the certification process. Manages advanced customer data and interactions across service areas.
    • Update and maintain live documents and projects, providing administrative support services for client driven project activities.
    • Organizes and implements administrative systems and procedures performing necessary support duties.
    • Draft, edit and prepare correspondence, reports and other material using word processing, spreadsheets and/or databases. May include following up, processing and filing invoices.
    • Prepares and maintains relevant work records, reviews documents, maintain email box inquiries and ensure proper account managers receive relevant inquiries, etc.
    Qualifications
    • Minimum High School diploma or GED equivalent.
    • Microsoft Office software skills
    • Exemplary communication skills.
    • Exceptional attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
    • Demonstrated organizational and prioritization skills.
    • Must be proactive and self-starter
    • Ability to quickly adapt to process and workflow changes
