We are a growing and dynamic company with two distinct business divisions: Chery Equipment Group, specializing in the sales and rental of heavy equipment and tools, and Chery Industrial, offering a wide range of industrial products.


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the construction work, ensuring adherence to the construction schedule, budget, and quality standards
  • Manage and resolve any issues that arise during construction, such as delays, material shortages, or quality control problems
  • Facilitate communication between all project stakeholders, including owner, architect, engineers, subcontractors, and inspectors.

Qualifications:


  • 10 years of experience as a Project Manager or related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with negotiations and construction management
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel

Salary:
$90,000-$120,000


Pay:
$90, $120,000.00 per year
