The Bavarian Red Cross, a public corporation, is a large welfare organization and the leading aid organization in Bavaria. The BRK District Association Ostallgäu employs approximately 900 employees. In addition, around 2300 volunteers are involved. As a competent service provider, we are looking for dedicated employees who want to actively and proactively shape their future with us.

Your tasks:

Systematic implementation of the training concept
Support and promotion of trainees in the learning process
Transmission of the principles of the BRK
Recognition and integration of professional changes in elderly care and evaluation of their relevance for the facility
Cooperation with other professional groups and relatives
Empowerment of trainees for professional care process planning, documentation and implementation, as well as for treatment care, nursing and care tasks
Support in the training of new employees in the nursing area
Mediation of the respective nursing tasks in the training and ensuring the responsibility of the employee

Your profile:

Completed training as a nursing professional with at least one year of professional experience
At least 300 hours of additional pedagogical qualification
