    Our client is a leading manufacturer of close tolerance metal-cutting machine tools for turning, milling, and grinding as well as additive manufacturing.

    With a rich history spanning 65 years, they have established themselves as an industry leader committed to delivering high-quality, precision-engineered products.

    Job Description
    Analyze production data/metrics to identify areas for process improvement as well as future limitations to manufacturing capabilities to ensure future continued success
    Troubleshoot production and help lead automation initiaitves
    Develop new manufacturing processes as the company gains more business and launches more product lines
    Analyze production line/work cell layouts and optimize using 3D modeling software
    Write work instructions/SOPs for launch of new product

    The Successful Applicant
    Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field
    3+ years' professional experience in a manufacturing environment
    Experienced in CNC Machining / Programming
    Background leading Lean Continuous Improvement initiatives
    Experience with writing work instructions, BOMs preferred
    Exposure to New Product Introduction activities
