    What you'll do
    The Royalty Audit Director will manage the licensee audit process for Authentic.

    This includes risk assessment, monitor licensee compliance and quality of reporting, selection of licensees for audit, coordination with third party auditors and manage resolution of audit matters identified during the audit.

    What you'll be working on
    Manage the Company's overall licensee audit process
    Develop and execute a risk assessment plan and identify target licensees for audits
    Review terms of license agreements and monitor licensee's compliance with the terms
    Perform trend analysis of the royalties reported by licensees to identify unusual items or inconsistencies
    Perform desktop audits or inquiries from licensees regarding royalty statements
    Coordinate and manage the audit process performed by third party auditors
    Key liaison personnel between the Company and third-party auditors
    Work with Brand Management in resolving audit matters identified during the audits
    Report to management on the status and results of the audits
    Work with Finance and Legal regarding contract structuring
    Must Haves
    Audit Experience between 6-8 years, focus on royalty audits strongly preferred
    Working knowledge of licensing business
    Strong ability to coordinate with legal and brand management departments
    Strong ability to communicate with licensees
    Proven success in identifying audit recoveries or other improvement points arising from the audits, a plus


    Primary Location Salary:
    $140,000 - $160,000
