    Position:
    Service Consultant


    Location:
    Honolulu, HI


    Pay:
    $20hr

    Experience: 1-2 years customer service experience or comparable work experience in a retail, sales or financial environment is required; experience in a call center environment desirable

    Education:
    High school diploma or GED


    Type:
    Full-time; Contract


    Schedule:
    Day Shift, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

    Job Description:
    Provides exceptional customer service by phone to various internal and external customers in a positive, professional, and enthusiastic manner
    Utilizes available resources to identity customer needs accurately and efficiently
    Assist customers with general bank information, responding and resolving any customer concerns
    Create a positive customer experience
    Appropriately handle confidential customer information


    Position Requirements:
    Professional and customer-oriented
    Posses strong verbal communication skills
    Positive attitude, strong willing to learn and excellent customer service skills
    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
